PLEASE NOTE: Lehman Hot Springs is currently closed.  Unfortunately, we decided we had to close in November 2009. Our battle with the Department of Environmental Quality is ongoing and will go well into 2013.
In DEQ's opening brief, page 3, they admit “DEQ has never asserted a violation of water quality standards, or that Respondents actually caused pollution" I guess they don't consider false press releases an assertion.
